From stripping fibreglass or rubber to aluminium or steel, the Precision Media Blaster (PMB) can handle the job. Use this powerful unit to clean the surface of grease and oil, remove one layer of paint or strip off coatings down to the substrate in one easy step.

With its many features, the Schmidt™ PMB system gives the operator the advantage of blasting wet or dry with full control of the water flow at the blast nozzle.

The adjustable blast pressure of the PMB allows the operator to blast at low pressures for light, sensitive jobs, or at high pressures for tougher applications.

Not only is it versatile in applications, the PMB can use many different kinds of blast media such as sodium bicarbonate, aluminium oxide, plastic media, glass bead and even steel grit. Whichever you choose, the PMB's cone shaped bottom and air driven vibrator ensure an even, uninterrupted flow of abrasive to the modified Thompson Valve.

An optional remote abrasive cutoff is available to start and stop media flow at the nozzle while continuing air flow. This feature lets the operator quickly clear the hose and blast area of spent abrasive.
